WHAT IS HPL PLYWOOD?

          High Pressure Laminated Fire Proof Plywood is a type of fire-proof plywood, HPL means "High Pressure Laminates" sheet is a kind of engineered plastic laminates, which is covered onto the face or back of plywood under high pressure after the plywood has been produced.

         The HPL has high temperature resistance and radiant heat resistance in addition to the other characteristics such as wear and impact resistance, water resistance, stain resistance, durability and so on. HPL plywood is also called high pressure laminated plywood, fiberboard laminated plywood, fireproof plywood, HPL panel, and fireproof panel.

QUALITY CONTROL

We have 15 QC teams to inspection such as moisture control, glue inspection both before production and after production, material grade selection, pressing checking, and thickness checking.

Packing & Delivery

Packaging Details:

1) Inner packing: Inside pallet is wrapped with a 0.20mm plastic bag.

2) Outer packing: Pallets are covered with 2mm package plywood or carton and then steel tapes for strengthening.

Delivery Time: 7~20 working days after payment, we will choose best speed and reasonable price.
